Lidgard and Associates, Inc. was established in October, 1997 for the purpose of providing professional real estate appraisal services for various types of properties such as vacant land, residential properties, improved commercial and industrial properties, as well as special purpose and special use properties including golf courses, hospitals, churches, fire stations, city hall building. Our involvement in various public agency eminent domain appraisal assignments has impressed upon us the necessity of maintaining a high degree of diplomacy in order to insure good public relations between the property owners, tenants, and the public agency.
